Dear Conference Participants!
Covid-19 Pandemic – Remote 1st International Scientific and Practical Conference «INTEGRATION OF NEW KNOWLEDGE, RESEARCH AND INNOVATION ACROSS EUROPE», April 2, 2019.
Conference team recognise that in this current situation we are all facing major changes and impacts to our day to day work, as such we wanted to reassure you that we are in this together and provide you with an update on our planning and position in relation to the 1st International Scientific and Practical Conference «INTEGRATION OF NEW KNOWLEDGE, RESEARCH AND INNOVATION ACROSS EUROPE».
Given the current situation and quarantine measures introduced in many countries due to COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to proceed with the conference remotely using the advances in modern technology somewhat later (you will be notified when). Recognizing that many of us have to adjust and adapt to these new and uncertain circumstances, we are determined to organize the process as smooth and easy for the participants as possible.
The health and safety of our Conference Presenters and Authors and Conference Team is our top priority. It is difficult to know what restrictions on public gatherings/travel etc. will remain in place over the coming months but based on what we know at present, we are continuing to work hard to prepare for the virtual format of the Conference.
It is your presentations, whether they are delivered virtually or in person, that people want to see at the Conference, and it is your contributions that will be read in the preprints that are well on their way to being finalised. Thank you all for your excellent texts and images!
In order to enable participants to access conference papers and presentations, file storage service such as Google Drive will be used. The conference papers and presentations will be sorted by sections, uploaded onto the drive and shared with you.
If you feel you have time and possibility, we would be very happy to receive audio, video or PowerPoint presentations of the main ideas of the research you introduced in your conference paper. After all the files have been uploaded onto the Drive, you will receive the link to the shared folder via email. There will be an opportunity to ask the presenters questions about their research by sending your questions to our e-mail sutic2020@gmail.com. This will allow more interactive way of sharing our ideas. The answers to the questions will be uploaded onto the Drive.
Regardless, all papers and summaries will be accessible digitally via a Google Drive, we will be encouraging presenters/participants to get in touch with the Conference team sutic2020@gmail.com by April 2 so we can understand who might want to take advantage of this option. So, the important dates are the following:
by April 2 - to inform us if you plan to submit audio, video or presentation;
Conference Proceedings will be published after the quarantine in Ukraine. We will do all that we can to support you as a valued contributor to the Conference and will continue to work on the digital opportunities to facilitate your participation. We also welcome your feedback and suggestions.
