  • Academic opportunities of the department

Department of Marketing has a significant scientific capability presented by highly skilled scientific and pedagogic personnel.

The 80% of lecturers have academic degrees:

  • Doctor of Science, Economics, professor, Academician of Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine – Vynogradova Olena Volodymirivna;
  • Ph. D. In Economics, associate professor, associate fellow of Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine –  Yevtushenko Natalia Oleksandrivna;
  • Ph. D. In Economics, associate professor of department  Plakhotnikova Larysa Oleksandrivna;
  • Ph. D. In Economics, assistant professor of department –  Darchuk Veronica Gennadyevna;
  • Senior lecturer of department – Kryzhko Olga Valeriivna has worked upon the master's thesis. 

Chairholder – Doctor of Science, Economics, professor Vynogradova Olena Volodymirivna  she is involved in process of training highly qualified personnel, is a head of school of sciences on marketing management. She was a scholar of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for young scientists. She was awarded with a honory certificate of Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine “For best results in the training of scientific personnel”, with a honory certificate of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine “For personnel contribution in training of specialists". Olena Volodymirivna has prepared seven Philosophy Doctors, two Doctors of Science and performs management of academic career of five postgraduates. For over 5 years she is a member of the Expert Board on sectoral development issues and enterprise of Certified Staff Evaluation Department of MES (the Ministry of Education and Science Ukraine). The Deputy Chairman of Dissertation Council K 26.861.03 for Ph.D. defense in the State University of Telecommunications. She is a member of Association of “Eurasian Economic Club of Scientists”. The scientific resources makes more than 300 scientific and methodical researches. Olena Volodymirivna undertook an intership at Bradford Business School (UK, Bradford), at the Social Rasearch Center at the University College Cork (Ireland, Cork), at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis (France, Nice) through participation in the international projects "TEMPUS/TACIS". She is a member of the Academy program of teacher skill “Future Leaders in the MBA” of project "Business management education in Ukraine". She has improved her qualification at the Open International University of Human Development "Ukraine", marketing department on the subject:” The methodology of marketing research”.

Ph. D. In Economics, associate professor, associate fellow of Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine Yevtushenko Natalia Oleksandrivna – Famous expert in scientific challenge of competitive ability of the domestic industry, financial and marketing analyst. She undertook the internship at the Department of Industrial Economics and Industry engineering "Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology" (Dnipropetrovsk). Was fully engaged in the activities of research center on tax assessment issues of National University of State Tax Service of Ukraine for research scientific work «Mechanisms of countering of aggressive tax planning in Ukraine".  Constantly works together with Academy of Economic Science of Ukraine. Co-author of concept of economic development “Economic reforms in Ukraine”. She has improved her qualification at the Pryazovskyi State Technical University at the marketing department on the subject “Management of marketing competitiveness of enterprises."

Ph. D. In Economics, associate professor of department  Plakhotnikova Larysa Oleksandrivna is a scientist concerning the strategy of economic and social development of Ukraine, transformational processes of social infrastructure, organizational and economic backgrounds of improvement of the effectiveness of service industry.  Took part in the working of the state development program of higher education in Ukraine approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 08.09.2004 № 1183 and the draft Concept and State Development Education Program in Ukraine for 2006-2010. Undertook the internship at the “Parus” corporation training on using the software (CRM-module) “Parus-Management and Marketing 7.40”; at the State higher education institution “University of Educational Management” of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine for advanced training of research-pedagogical specialist of higher education institute.   

Ph. D. In Economics, assistant professor of department  Darchuk Veronica Gennadyevna is an acknowledged expert in marketing research in service industry. Undertook internship at the Academy of Hotel Management and Catering Industry in Poznan (Poland).  Actively deals with problems of scientific rationale of marketing research implementation and business analytics; business planning and the organization of logistic processes at the enterprises of telecommunications industry.

Senior lecturer of department Kryzhko Olga Valeriivna works on a dissertation research on increase the economic efficiency of Ukrainian enterprises on the basis of modern marketing tools. Undertook internship at the Open International University of Human Development “Ukraine” at the management department, course “Business management and administration”. Goes into second higher education at the State University of Telecommunications on a specialty “Business management and administration”, qualification – “Business management expert and administration”.  The sphere of scientific problems includes: the use of organization theory practically; the issue of effective work of a modern office; the use of the modern informational system at enterprises; the marketing management problems of telecommunications industry enterprises; advertising management; marketing research activities of telecommunication branch.

  • EVALUATION OF RESULTS OF LECTURER’S SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY  

Evaluation of results of lecturer’s scientific activity occurs by participation in research and practice conferences, workshops, round tables, publications in the famous scientific editions including in scientometrical databases.

Study at the marketing department is planned to be carried out in the following directions:

  • Carrying out scientific studies in line with R&D on the subject: “Methodological bases of marketing researches of market telecommunications services”
  • Scientific studies during the writing of Ph. D. Thesis;
  • Publication of research results in indexed, professional and popular scientific Ukrainian and foreign editions; 
  • Scholarly discussions during research and practice conference, academic workshops, round tables;
  • Students research paper (departmental thematic conference, participation in All-Ukrainian competition of scientific works, Ukrainian Olympiad, printing of research articles);
  • Activities of the student scientific team “Management of marketing activity of enterprises” under the guidance of associate professor  Yevtushenko N.A.; 
  • Signing of a partnership contract with industrial enterprises of Kyiv and Ukraine as at the level of approbation and implementation of scientific developments results, thesis researches and performance to order of the specific enterprises student’s graduation works.
